“E-volunteering from home” : E-volunteer for Jamnagar based volunteer organisation working for underprivileged children. Needed E-volunteer who can work from their home as per his spare time. Also called online volunteering, virtual volunteering is a term that describes a volunteer who completes tasks, in whole or in part, offsite from the organization being assisted. They use the Internet and a home, school, tele center or work computer, or other Internet-connected device, such as a PDA or smartphone. Virtual volunteering is also known as cyber service, tele mentoring, and tele tutoring, as well as various other names. E-volunteering is similar to tele commuting, except that instead of online employees who are paid, these are online volunteers who are not paid and work from home as per his convenience time. When you decided for volunteer for one day or two day or one week or week, you have to totally spare time for your own schedule, but when you choose the option to work as a E-volunteer, you can spare time as per your convenience time like one hour or half an hour from your routine schedule and it will more convenience because you can do your day to day work and simultaneously you can get self-satisfaction to work as a E-volunteer. Introduction : Chaitanya Charitable Trust (CCT) is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-commercial and voluntary organization established in 1996. We are small group and engage in business and profession and spare time for good cause. Its main focus is the slum population in Jamnagar, particularly children’s’ education. However, Chaitanya also works in environment, health, water, sanitation, livelihoods, women empowerment, and slum development. Today Chaitanya has a paid staff of 20 people and is currently working in 10 Jamnagar slums. CCT offers a number of programs in the slums. These include: Current Project : 1.
